Del Mar College Veterans Services is happy you are here. We support active duty, reserve, National Guard, veteran, and the military family community.
If you are attending college for the first time or returning to college, our staff is happy to assist you!
Below is a general checklist that you may use to assist you in the enrollment process:
- Begin the enrollment steps. You will see the Del Mar Student Enrollment Center to officially enroll in Del Mar College. See Student Enrollment Center - Del Mar College for more details.
- If you are a prior college student, submit transcript to the Del Mar College Student Records Office. You may send official Joint Service Transcripts to the Student Records Office as well. See Student Records Office - Del Mar College for more information.
- Select a program of study and meet with an advisor to register for classes. You must complete this step before visiting our offices.
- Apply for the Hazlewood benefit or a VA educational benefit. Please work with the Del Mar College Veterans Services staff to determine which benefit is best for you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You must apply for benefits each semester that you are registered for.
