Passwords
Enable Password Recovery
Passwords expire every 120 days for all students, faculty, and staff. While you know your password today, make sure you don't get locked out later! Enable password recovery to pre-verify your identity.
Reset your Password
After enabling password recovery:
- Click the button below to reset your password.
- Select Can't access your account?
- Choose Work or school account.
- Follow the steps to reset your password.
Locked Out?
If you did not enable password recovery, you must call Help Desk at (361) 698-2330 to verify your identity and receive a new password. The wait for phone assistance will be longer during registration and the start of a semester. Avoid the wait by enabling password recovery.
