Colleague and other applications used by the college experienced outages related to the world-wide CrowdStrike outage. Those outages appear to have been resolved and vendors are monitoring systems in case of further interruptions.

What does this mean for me?  

Full functionality appears to have been restored and users may currently log into the following services:

  • Colleague
  • WebDMC
  • eTrieve
  • TouchNet
  • Microsoft 365

Colleague and other applications used by the college are experiencing outages related to the current world-wide CrowdStrike outage. Del Mar College IT will provide updates as information becomes available.

What does this mean for me?   

Impacted services may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Colleague - Faculty and staff cannot login to Colleague.
  • WebDMC - Faculty, staff and students cannot login to WebDMC.
  • eTrieve - Faculty and staff cannot login to eTrieve.
