Laptop AND Calculator Loaner Program Now Open
Del Mar College is now accepting requests for student loaner laptops, calculators, and monitors! Please visit the link at this QR Code to begin the application process:

Checkout Process
- The earliest time that you will be able to checkout a device(s) would be one week before your classes start.
- When you arrive at the TRC, you will be required to complete an online form to request a loaner laptop or calculator.
- After you complete the online form, a TRC staff member will make an appointment with you to come and pick-up your device.
- You will need to present two types of identification your DMC ID and State ID (no copies will be made).
- Your printed schedule will be required before you are able to obtain your loaner laptop or loaner calculator.
- The device you borrow will need to be returned and/or re-checked out once you have had the device for three weeks.
Students who are in current violation of other loaner programs and/or have a technology hold on their student account are not eligible to check out a loaner device.

If the loaner devices are not returned and/or re-checked out, a TRC hold may be placed on your student account and you may be subject to late fees. Please call, email, or visit the TRC for more information. Our contact phone number is 361-698-2234.
TRC Lab Open
The TRC Lab is now open to all students and features 64 desktop computers thar all equipped with the software that you need to complete your class or research assignments. The TRC lab also has printers (black & white & color) available to print up to 30 pages, along with a scanner to copy and save documents.
