- Supervisor approval.
Data Security
- It is the mobile phone user's responsibility to secure the phone by enabling the lock screen and pin. Users should not share the phone or its lock screen pin with others, including friends, colleagues, or family members.
- All DMC mobile devices will be configured with a Modern Device Management (MDM) platform to ensure data security, manage device configurations, and enforce policies to protect sensitive information.
