Travis Nelson is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Operations Officer of Kleberg Bank, where he oversees a broad portfolio of functions including Accounting and Finance, Retail and Deposit Operations, and Customer Support. Kleberg Bank is an independent community bank founded in 1905 to support economic opportunity and community development across Kingsville, Corpus Christi, and the broader South Texas region.

Travis is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Southwestern University, and he is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.

Committed to service and civic leadership, Travis serves as Trustee and Treasurer of the Del Mar College Foundation; Executive Board Member and Treasurer of the South Texas Council of the Scouting America; and Board Director and Treasurer for Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend.
