Sam Longoria, a proud native of Corpus Christi, TX, holds deep-rooted connections to his hometown. Following his graduation from Foy H. Moody High School, he continued his academic journey at Del Mar College, where he obtained an associate’s degree in business administration. Expanding upon his educational foundation, Sam pursued a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialized focus in Finance from Texas A&M University of Corpus Christi.

With 16 years of experience in the banking industry, Sam currently holds the position of Chief Lending Officer at CoastLife Credit Union. While excelling in his professional role, Sam is equally dedicated to giving back to his community. His altruistic endeavors are prominently displayed through his service on various non-profit boards, including significant leadership roles such as past Chair of the United Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce, past Chair of Leadership Corpus Christi Alumni, and past Chair of the Young Business Professionals of the Coastal Bend.

Moreover, Sam's civic engagement extends to his positions as a Board Trustee for the Del Mar College Foundation, Board of Director for the Corpus Christi Education Foundation, a member of the Finance committee for the Coastal Bend Air Quality Association, member of the Conquer the Coast Committee. Sam is also a distinguished graduate of the 2023 Coastal Bend Chapter of Credit Union Leadership Academy, a graduate of Leadership Corpus Christi Class 42, a recipient of the Corpus Christi 40 Under 40 award, honored as the College of Business Distinguished Alumni of the Year for Texas A&M University of Corpus Christi, and recognized as the 2016 Del Mar College Young Alumni of the Year.

While Sam's professional and community engagements are impressive, his most cherished moments are spent with his family. He shares his life with his wife, Veronica Longoria, and their three children, Romeo, Uriah, and Oliver. Sam's dedication to his family, career, and community exemplifies his commitment to making a positive impact in all areas of his life.
