You will give your name card to the announcer right before you walk on stage.

•  STEP 1 - Look over your name card & make sure everything is correct.
  (If you notice any errors on your card, go to the “Name Card Corrections” table)
• STEP 2 - Locate your department & Line up behind the sign.
  (The Department is listed under your name.)
• STEP 3 - If you have 2 departments listed, you may stand behind the first listed department.

The announcer will use this card to call out your name.
