Del Mar College engages in a five-year Strategic Planning cycle. From the first formal Strategic Plan - Access to Excellence, 2009-2014 - to the current planning process for 2024-2029, Del Mar staff engage a variety of stakeholders in the process. Faculty, staff, and students, along with community leaders - each group is important in determining the goals and objectives Del Mar College wants to attain in the five-year cycle and developing a plan and strategies to reach those goals.
