The department faculty offer courses in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), Freshman Seminar, Journalism, Radio and Television, Reading, Spanish, French and Speech.
The faculty advises students for the following Associate in Arts degrees: Advertising/Public Relations, Digital Media, Foreign Language, Journalism, Radio and Television, and Speech.
They also advise students for the following Associate of Arts in Teaching degrees:
Foreign Language Grades 8-12; Generalist Grades EC-6 and Grades 4-8; Journalism Grades 8-12; Special Education Grades EC-12; and Speech Grades 8-12.
