Employer Handshake Login

Sign in to Handshake under Employers and Career Centers
Fill out the required fields
Handshake will send you a verification email to the address you provided. Verify your account by clicking “Confirm Email” upon receiving it.
Connect with your company. You can also use a search bar to find your company (if it doesn’t automatically populate) or click the “Create New Company” button.
Connect with Del Mar College! Your connection request will be reviewed by Handshake. Once reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that you are now connected with DMC.
