We're excited you're interested in the Freedom to Dream Tuition Waiver.
Since you're either a new student or it's been over a year since you attended Del Mar College, you'll need to apply for admission.
Please submit your completed application by Friday, May 15, 2026, and turn in all admissions documents (transcripts, assessment test scores, and meningitis immunization proof if 21 or younger), by Saturday, June 6, 2026, to be considered for the Tuition Waiver in time for Fall 2026.
Once we receive your completed application, we'll inform you of any next steps to take to determine your eligibility for the tuition waiver.

- Get help with your ApplyTexas application, financial aid and a host of other services from our TRIO Educational Opportunity Center
- Complete your FAFSA to apply for financial aid
- Apply for scholarships for the upcoming academic year
