Extended Hours During Finals
Fall 2024 Semester
The Viking Help Desk hours of operations have been expanded to offer additional support during final exams. Should you need assistance outside these hours of operation, please submit a request to vikinghelpdesk@delmar.edu and a support agent will contact you.

Help Desk will return to normal operating hours Thursday, December 12, 2024.
What does this mean for me?
Help Desk services will be available for all requests during the expanded support hours. Self-service options will still be available for common requests such as issues with accessing or unlocking your account. These options can be accessed via the Viking Toolbox on the Del Mar College home page. The only requirement to use self-service password reset or the unlock feature is to first register a contact method.
What if I have questions?
For questions concerning this process, email the Viking Help Desk at vikinghelpdesk@delmar.edu, and your question will be directed to the appropriate IT staff.
