The following departments fall under the report of the Chief Financial Officer:

Budget Office

Financial report papers with a calculator, pen and binder on top with the words budget.The Budget office prepares the annual budget and assist the College's faculty and staff by providing support, training, and resources to aide in budget management.

 

Purchasing

A purchase order document with a pen sitting on topThe Purchasing Department provides high quality services while adhering to the requirements of applicable procurement laws and policies as well as the principles of fair and open competition.

Grants

A computer keyboard with a folder on top with the word grantsThe Grant and Sponsored Research Office provides support and guidance to Principal Investigators, Project Directors, and staff at all stages of grant development and administration, as well as oversight of compliance and reporting of funds received from federal, state, and local grant programs.

Travel

The department provides assistance throughout the travel process to faculty and staff for employee, student travel and incoming speakers, or potential candidates for employment.

Procurement Card Program (PCARD)

A person sitting at a laptop with a hand holding a credit cardThe PCARD Department monitors the monthly purchases made by the college’s procurement credit cards. The PCARD team audits each monthly report to confirm appropriate purchases are being made and sufficient back-up documents are collected to support each transaction.

Property Accounting

A person scanning barcodesThe Property Accounting Department manages the college's fixed assets and property records to ensure compliance with state regulations and internal policies. The department maintains comprehensive inventories, processes asset ETR's (Equipment Transfer Records), oversees vehicle registrations, and coordinates on site tagging of property donated or installed on location to support the college's educational mission and operational needs.
