  • Heritage Hall demolition

    The vacated Heritage Hall at Baldwin Boulevard and Dicianna Drive will be demolished beginning in late 2021. Part of the open space will be used for parking and access to a new student plaza near the Harvin Student Center.

  • Memorial Classroom Building

    The oldest Del Mar College building, the former Memorial Classroom Building will be repurposed for College administration.
