MS Word

Provides instruction to word processing terminology, editing functions, formatting, and special text options at the introduction, intermediate, and advanced levels.

MS Excel

Provides instruction in the concepts, procedures, and application of electronic spreadsheets at the introduction, intermediate, and advanced levels, using both basic and complex arithmetic operations and functions.

MS PowerPoint

Provides instruction to computerized presentation graphics such as planning, designing, and production of business graphics and charts utilizing multimedia software at the introduction, intermediate, and advanced levels.

MS Publisher

Provides instruction in desktop publishing principles, with an emphasis on page layout and design at the introduction, intermediate, and advanced levels.

MS Outlook

Provides instruction in identifying procedures to complete a computerized accounting cycle; record journal entries; perform adjusting and closing procedures, and display and print reports and financial statements.

AutoCAD

Provides an overview of Computer-aided Design (CAD) equipment selection and interface; software selection and installation; creating, editing and plotting of line drawings for architectural, electrical, circuit, mechanical, or interior design; how to create/modify graphic elements, store and retrieve predefined components; and add text and dimensions to drawings, as well as creating and managing symbols and attributes, and dimensioned drawings.
