Safety Training

These safety programs provide the opportunity for industry customers to develop a better-trained and safety-centric workforce. The course curriculum is designed to improve operations for the company and create a safer work environment.

GENERAL INDUSTRY

Provides a study of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations pertinent to general industry.

CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

Provides a study of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations pertinent to the construction industry.

NCCER CORE + OSHA 10

This 70-hour National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) core course, Introductory to Craft Skills, includes the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-hour General Industry Training course, with the total program serving as a pre-requisite for all NCCER craft credentials.  

FORKLIFT

Information and training for forklift operators including forklift safety measures, forklift design, controls and instrumentation, comprehensive pre‐use inspection, and forklift stability and factors affecting stability. Demonstration of safe operations of forklift including operating requirements, use of controls, steering and drive mechanism, lifting techniques, and safety measures and hands‐on training and demonstration of proficiency.

AERIAL LIFT

Provides orientation and hands on training for the safe operation of the mechanical lift, as well as description of the procedures used to safely perform mechanical lift tasks. 

CPR / FIRST AID

Provides instruction in First Aid , cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automatic external defibrillation (AED) training to help manage sudden illnesses and injuries in the first few minutes until medical professional help arrives on location. Discusses and demonstrates management of injured and/or ill persons as recommended by the certifying agency.
